On June 7, 2017,
Jeffrey Peck, managing director and lead portfolio manager for the
Wells Fargo Intrinsic World Equity Fund, announced that he will
retire by July 31, 2017.
Jen Robertson,CFA, and
Amit Kumar, of Wells Capital Management, were added as portfolio managers for the fund.
On December 31, 2017,
Richard E. Helm, senior vice president at
Cohen & Steers, will
retire. On September 30, 2017, Helm will no longer be a portfolio manager of the
Cohen & Steers Dividend Value Fund, Inc. and will be replaced by
Christopher Rhine, senior vice president and lead portfolio manager for the
Natural Resource Equities Portfolios.

Reorganizations
On June 7, The Board of Trustees of
Fidelity Money Market Trust and
Fidelity Hereford Street Trust has unanimously
approved an Agreement and Plan of Reorganization between
Retirement Government Money Market Portfolio and
Retirement Government Money Market II Portfolio.

FS Investments will
extend its'
FS Global Credit Opportunities Fund-Advs' public offering of shares beyond July 31, 2017.
On June 6, FS Investments will be
closing the public offering of its'
FS Global Credit Opportunities Fund-T to new investors in June, 2017, in preparation for the transition to the continuous public offering of the
FS Global Credit Opportunities FundT2
On June 9, the
Oberweis International Opperunities Fund will be
closed to new investments.
On June 12, the following funds will be renamed:
- The BlackRock Variable Series Funds, Inc. BlackRock Large Cap Core V.I. Fund: Class II will become BlackRock Variable Series Funds, Inc. BlackRock Advantage Large Cap Core V.I. Fund: Class II
- The BlackRock Variable Series Funds, Inc. BlackRock Large Cap Value V.I. Fund: Class II will become the BlackRock Variable Series Funds, Inc. BlackRock Advantage Large Cap Value V.I. Fund: Class II

On July 14, the
Great-West U.S. Government Mortgage Securities Fund will be
renamed the
Great-West U.S. Government Securities Fund.

Fees
Contract owners whose assets became invested in the sub-account of the acquiring fund as a result of the merger between the
Putnam VT Growth & Income Fund (the acquired fund) and the
Putnam VT Equity Income Fund (the acquiring fund) may
transfer those assets into any other investment options under the contract without fees or charges. This will not count towards the annual transfer fee limit within 60 days after the merger.
On July 1,
LVIP Wellington Capital Growth Fund will
waive a portion of its advisory fees for the fund.

Great-West Profile I Funds into the
Great-West Profile II Funds has been
delayed to July 14, 2017. The merger of the
Great-West Stock Index Fund into the
Great-West S&P 500ฎ Index Fund has also been delayed to July 14, 2017.
