FundQuest was founded in 1993 and is a part of BNP Paribas. The Boston-based firm managed and administered some $15 billion in assets as of June 30, 2011.
Timothy Clift is the firm's chief investment officer and chairman of its investment committee while
Gregory Classen serves as the manager of investment management & research unit.
The firm in August 2011 entered into an agreement with Envestnet, a wealth management shop, to be acquired for 24.4 million in cash. The deal is expected to be completed during the fourth quarter of 2011.
