ProFunds Advisors of Bethesda, Maryland may be in the right place and the right time to win a bid for the RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C.
According to the
Washington Times, the National Guard's three-year, $6.62 million naming bid for the stadium is on the verge of breaking down.
