Bisys is shopping its Education Services business. Officials at the New York-based company said last week that they are "currently in discussions with interested parties for the sale of the business." The business falls under the Bisys Insurance Services division and provides education, licensing automation and compliance solutions for insurance companies, investment firms and financial services professionals.
