Last week,
Crain's Pensions & Investments team
revealed the
winners of their
The Best Places to Work in Money Management 2024 awards. This is P&I's 13th annual iteration of the list.
To create this year's list, the P&I team
partnered with
Workforce Research Group to gather data through questionnaires (filled out by asset managers, i.e. employers) and engagement and satisfaction surveys (filled out by asset managers' employees), with the employee surveys accounting for 80 percent of the scores that went into the final rankings. Firm eligibility requirements include having at least 20 U.S. employees and at least $100 million in discretionary institutional AUMA.
