Last month, the
USA Today team
unveiled their 2024 list of winners of the
Top Workplaces USA award. 2,227 employers completed the required
Energage employee survey process, and from there the Energage team ranked the top 100 employers in each of four size categories: companies with more than 2,500 employees each; companies with between 1,000 and 2,499 employees each; companies with between 500 and 999 employees each; and companies with between 150 and 499 employees each.
Among the largest employers, the list of 100 winners includes at least three mutual fund industry players:
Fidelity Investments ranks 7th;
Sun Life (parent of
MFS) ranks 36th; and
Empower ranks 83rd.
"Winners are identified solely based on employee feedback gathered through the Energage employee engagement survey," the USA Today team writes.
Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage, describes the awards as "a morale-boosting honor for the workforce and an effective magnet for attracting top-tier talent."
"This distinction is a direct reflection of our dedicated team, who embody collaboration, innovation and a relentless customer-centric focus in their work each and every day,"
Ed Murphy, CEO of Empower, writes in a
LinkedIn post.
