A new legal mind has landed at a Northeastern funds giant in the realm of regulatory affairs.

Jane Heinrichs (nee Ganz) Vanguard Senior Policy Advisor - Public Policy, Government Affairs, Policy Writing

Earlier this month, seasoned counsel Jane Heinrichs joined Malvern, Pennsylvania-based Vanguard as a senior policy advisor for public policy, governmental affairs, and policy writing. Heinrichs most recently served as associate general counsel at the Investment Company Institute (ICI), which is based in Washington, D.C.

The Vanguard press team did not return a call for comment, nor did the press team at ICI.

Heinrichs was with ICI from 2004 to June of 2022. From 2000 to 2004, she was an associate with Shearman and Sterling LLP. Heinrichs served as senior counsel for the SEC from 1997 to 2000. She is an alumna of Binghamton University and the American University Washington School of Law.
