A giant mutual fund firm in California is winning recognition as "an employer who values diversity and inclusion in the workplace."

The team at DiversityJobs, an online job board focused on connecting job seekers with "diversity-minded employers," recently named Los Angeles-based Capital Group [profile] as one of the Top Diversity Employers for 2021. Capital Group is the only asset manager, and one of 19 financial services employers, on the 2021 list.
