T. Rowe CFO Replaced

T. Rowe Price has replaced its Cristina Wasiak its chief financial officer.

George Roche, T. Rowe's chairman and president, will act as interim cfo until a replacement for Wasiak is found. The company said it plans to begin a search for a replacement shortly.

The company said Wasiak, 50, was reassigned last Friday and is now working on a special project for Roche. However, the company would not elaborate on why Wasiak was replaced.
