Today Federated Investors closed on its planned acquisition of a 60-percent stake in a London-based ESG shop, Hermes Investment Management.

Wednesday is Independence Day and is a market holiday. The market will also close early tomorrow, in advance of the holiday.

Saturday is Commissioner Michael Piwowar's expected last day with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
