Today Columbia Threadneedle removed Jim Clelinski as a PM on the Columbia Global Bond Fund.

Effective September 19, Matthew Fine and Michael Fineman assumed positions as co-PMs for the Third Avenue Value Fund, advised by Third Avenue Management, LLC. Fine and Fineman replaced Robert L. Rewey and Yang Lie.

Launching

On Friday Green Square Asset Management launched the Green Square Tax Exempt High Income Fund.

Non-PMs

On September 12 Melissa Crandall started as an independent director at the Sequoia Fund, Inc after her election to the position by the board on May 19, 2017. Crandall has past experience at BraddockMatthews, the Prince Houston Group, PrinceGoldsmith, and Merrill Lynch.

Ronald T. Beckman resigned as an independent trustee for SerenityShares Investments, LLC on September 15. The series trust includes SerenityShares Core U.S. ETF, SerenityShares Core Multi-Asset ETF, and SerenityShares Impact ETF.

Share Classes

As per a 497 filed on Wednesday, KKM Financial has closed all Class A shares of the KKM Enhanced U.S. Equity Fund.

Liquidating

VanEck Associates Corporation is liquidating the VanEck Long/Short Equity Index Fund. The fund is scheduled to close to new investors on October 2, with an expected liquidation date of November 20.
