Rebranding

On July 31, the Westwood Strategic Global Convertibles Fund will undergo a name change and become the Westwood Strategic Convertibles Fund. The rebranded fund will also update its principal investment strategies.

Kevin Kelly no longer serves as a PM for the Horizons DAX Germany ETF, the Horizons NASDAQ 100 Covered Call ETF and the BullMark LatAm Select Leaders ETF, all managed by Horizons ETFs Management.

Share Classes

On June 28, the Class C Shares of the Ancora Income Fund, the Ancora/Thelen Small-Mid Cap Fund, the Ancora MicroCap Fund and the Ancora Special Opportunity Fund, all of which are advised by Ancora Advisors LLC, will be converted to Class I Shares.

On July 31, the Pacific Funds Portfolio Optimization Conservative, the Pacific Funds Portfolio Optimization Moderate-Conservative, the Pacific Funds Portfolio Optimization Moderate, the Pacific Funds Portfolio Optimization Growth and the Pacific Funds Portfolio Optimization Aggressive-Growth will no longer offer Class B shares shares of the funds.

Fees

On May 24, the Deutsche X-trackers Russell 1000 Comprehensive Factor ETF will update the fund's unitary management fee.

On May 26, the Schwab Target 2010 Fund, the Schwab Target 2015 Fund, the Schwab Target 2020 Fund, the Schwab Target 2025 Fund, the Schwab Target 2030 Fund, the Schwab Target 2035 Fund, the Schwab Target 2040 Fund, the Schwab Target 2045 Fund, the Schwab Target 2050 Fund, the Schwab Target 2055 Fund and the Schwab Target 2060 Fund updated their annual fund operating expenses.

On July 20, the Vanguard Funds will update their wire fees until September 30th.

Fund Liquidations

On June 26, the GKE Asian Opportunities Fund, which is advised by Evergreen Capital Management, LLC, will terminate and liquidate.

On June 30, the Research Fund, a member of the Weitz Funds will terminate and liquidate.

On July 7, the Federated Emerging Markets Equity Fund will terminate and liquidate.

On July 24, the Nuveen NWQ Japan Fund will terminate and liquidate.
