As of May 10, Stephan Klaffke no longer serves as a PM of the USAA Global Equity Income Fund.

William Rives is now a PM of the Putnam Global Utilities Fund.

Benjamin Ram no longer serves as a PM for the Oppenheimer Main Street Select Fund. The fund has also updated its principal investment strategies.

Ajay Sadarangani no longer serves as a co-PM of the Bridge Builder International Equity Fund, which is advised by Manning & Napier Advisors, LLC.

Fund Liquidations

On June 9, three funds that have EII as their investment advisor, the E.I.I. Realty Securities Fund, the E.I.I. International Property Fund and the E.I.I. Global Property Fund, will terminate and liquidate.

On June 14, the Bradesco Latin American Equity Fund and the Bradesco Latin American Hard Currency Bond Fund will terminate and liquidate. The funds have BRAM US LLC as their investment advisor.

Fees

On May 15, the Ivy Managed International Opportunities Fund updated its annual fund operating expenses and its principle investment strategies.

On May 15, the Putnam California Tax Exempt Income Fund updated its annual fund operating expenses.
