Rebranding

On March 21, the Cambria Sovereign High Yield Bond ETF will undergo a name change and become the Cambria Sovereign Bond ETF. The fund will also update its principal investment strategy and its non-fundamental investment policy.

Portfolio Managers

As of December 28, 2016, David Geisler no longer serves as a PM to the Lateef Fund.

Russ Koesterich, David Clayton and Kent Hogshire are now co-PMs of the MassMutual Select BlackRock Global Allocation Fund. Romualdo Roldan is no longer a PM for the Select BlackRock Global Allocation Fund. Michael L. Manelli is now a PM for the MassMutual Select Overseas Fund and the MML International Equity Fund.

Elias Cohen is now a PM of the SP International Growth Portfolio, a member of the Prudential Series Fund.

Richard Malnight Fidelity Investments Analysts and Portfolio Manager

Matthew Friedman is now a PM of the Fidelity Advisor Value Strategies Fund. He is replacing Thomas Soviero. Robert Bertelson no longer serves as a PM for the Fidelity Independence Fund. Jeffrey Feingold is a PM of that fund. Richard Malnight has replaced Mahmoud Sharaf as PM of the Chemicals Portfolio. Kyle Weaver and Harlan Carere no longer serve as co-PMs of the Wireless Portfolio. Matthew Drukker has replaced Weaver and Carere. Deena Friedman no longer serves as a co-PM of the Retailing Portfolio. Nicola Stafford is replacing Friedman. Neil Nabar has replaced Holger Boerner as PM of the Construction and Housing Portfolio. Matt Reed and John Sheehy serve as co-PMs of the Banking Portfolio. Janet Glazer and Tobias Welo have replaced Boris Shepov as co-PMs of the Industrial Equipment Portfolio. Colin Chickles no longer serves as a co-PM of the Fidelity Emerging Asia Fund.

Fund Mergers and Liquidations

On January 26, the Turner Medical Sciences Long/Short Fund and the Turner SMID Cap Growth Opportunities Fund will terminate and liquidate.

On March 31, the Kopernik Global All-Cap Fund will be closed to certain investors.

Fees

As of December 1, 2016, the LargeCap Fund and the MidCap Fund, members of the Thompson IM Funds, have updated their management fees.

On January 23, the AdvisorShares Global Echo ETF will update its fee structure.
