John is now a consultant of the firm. Previously, he was a chief executive at BNP Paribas Investment Partners/FundQuest.

Jaeger has been appointed chief financial officer. Previously, he served as chief financial officer, global transaction banking solutions at D+H Corporation.

Passe Roin has been promoted from counsel to partner. This will take effect January 1, 2017. Konstandt has been promoted from counsel to special counsel, also effective on the aforementioned date.
