Share Classes

As of August 30, the Putnam Absolute Return 100 Fund, the Putnam Absolute Return 300 Fund, the Putnam Absolute Return 500 Fund and the Putnam Absolute Return 700 Fund will offer class P shares.

As of September 6, the Putnam RetirementReady Funds will offer class R6 shares.

As of November 30, the Reaves Utilities and Energy Infrastructure Fund will convert its class A shares to institutional class shares. Class A shares will no longer be offered by the fund.

On September 15, the Franklin Alabama Tax-Free Income Fund, the Franklin Florida Tax-Free Income Fund, the Franklin Georgia Tax-Free Income Fund, the Franklin Kentucky Tax-Free Income Fund and the Franklin Louisiana Tax-Free Income Fund will begin to offer an advisor class of shares.

Fees

On April 3, 2017, the service fee for the JPMorgan Small Cap Core Fund will increase to 10 bps.

Portfolio Managers

On December 31, Alan W. Schwartz will retire as co-PM of the BMO Target Retirement Funds and the BMO Target Risk Funds.

As of September 1, Aaron Johnson will no longer serve as PM of the FormulaFolios US Equity Portfolio.

Management

On September 30, Advisory Research, Inc. will become the investment advisory organization for the HC Capital Trust.

Mergers & Liquidations

On October 17, the Gripman Absolute Value Balanced Fund will be closed and liquidated.

Investment Strategy

As of September 16, the Alps Equal Sector Weight ETF will track ten Select Sector SPDR Indexes, including the Consumer Discretionary Select Sector Index, the Consumer Staples Select Sector Index, the Materials Select Sector Index, Energy Select Sector Index, the Technology Select Sector Index, the Utilities Select Sector Index, the Financial Select Sector Index, the Industrial Select Sector Index, the Health Care Select Sector Index and the Real Estate Select Sector Index.

The API Efficient Frontier Value Fund has proposed a tax-free reorganization into the API Capital Income Fund. Shareholders are being asked to vote on September 29.

Trustees

As of September 14, John Moran will no longer serve as an independent trustee of the Financial Investors Trust.
