On December 5,
Stone Ridge Asset Management LLC is seeking approval to
merge and reorganize the
Stone Ridge Reinsurance Risk Premium Fund into the
Stone Ridge High Yield Reinsurance Risk Premium Fund.
On October 11, the
Calamos Investment Trust will seek approval to
merge and reorganize the
Calamos Focus Growth Fund into the
Calamos Growth Fund and the
Calamos Long/Short Fund into the
Calamos Phineus Long/Short Fund.

On September 26, the
Wellington Management Company LLP will
replace Grantham, Mayo, Van Otterloo & Co. LLC as subadvisor to the
John Hancock U.S. Equity Fund.
On September 1,
TPH Asset Management LLC will
no longer serve as subadvisor to the
Old Westbury Strategic Opportunities Fund.
Bessemer Investment Management LLC will succeed TPH Asset Management LLC.
On August 31,
Peregrine Capital Management LLC will become the new subadvisor for the
Wells Fargo Equity Gateway Funds, which include the
Wells Fargo Small Company Growth Fund and the
Wells Fargo Small Company Value Fund.
