There is a new captain at the helm of distribution for Compass EMP Funds.

Paul Graffy was recently named president of sales and distribution for Compass.

Previously, Graffy had run for two years an eponymous consulting firm.

Before that, Graffy had served as senior vice president and national sales manager for John Hancock.

Before that, he was a senior divisional vice president at MFS.
