Bloomberg has announced the 2013 ETF Awards.

Among the honors awarded was Best U.S. Equity ETF, which went to the Vanguard Total Stock Market, while the Best U.S. Fixed-Income ETF went to the PowerShares Senior Loan Portfolio.

According to the newswire, Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas weighed performance, inflows “and a fund’s ability to get investors’ attention, or even capture their imagination,” to select the honorees.
