Putnam's CEO
Bob Reynolds has declared neutrality in the upcoming Boston mayoral race, according to the
Boston Herald. Reynolds said both state Rep. Martin J. Walsh and City Councilor John R. Connolly, the candidates who are vying to replace outgoing Mayor Thomas Menino.
“I had such an emotional attachment to Menino — he’s a great friend,” Reynolds told the
Herald. “It’s hard to say I’m going to support someone else because I’d feel disloyalty.”
