At the recommendation of UBS Global Asset Management ("UBS Global AM") [profile], the fund manager of PACE Large Co Value Equity Investments and PACE International Equity Investments, the Board of PACE Select Advisors Trust (the "Trust") [profile] has appointed Los Angeles Capital Management and Equity Research ("LA Capital") to serve as a new additional investment advisor to the funds. LA Capital assumed investment advisory responsibility with respect to a portion of the fund's portfolio effective on September 11, 2013.

Further more, the Trust's Board has terminated J.P. Morgan Investment Management [profile] with respect to its Research Enhanced Index strategy mandate, effective as of the close of business on September 13, 2013. [SEC Filing]
