F-Squared Investments has a new vice president for business development.

Walter Hartford has just joined the firm in the role, according to an email he sent to clients and colleagues alerting them to the change.

He comes to the Wellesley, Mass.-based fund subadvisor and model manager from Beantown asset manager MFS Investments [profile], where he worked for 12-years in a number for roles, finally as business development officer for the DC I-O, RIA and SMA channels.
