As of June 7, 2013, Water Island Capital [profile] will cease to be sub-advisor to the Wilmington Rock Maple Alternatives Fund [profile]. Also, Nicolas Edney will cease to be a PM at ADAR Investment Management, another sub-advisor to the fund. [SEC Filing].
