Following the announcement of the nominees for top alternatives managers earlier this week, today Morningstar announced the potential winners of its other new "Fund Manager of the Year" awards category, allocations.

The potential big winners are:

— The team from the Dodge and Cox Balanced fund.
— The team from the JPMorgan SmartREtirement Target-Date Series
— Rob Arnott of Pimco All Asset
— David Grioux of T. Rowe Price Capital Appreciation
— Jerome Clark of the T. Rowe Price Retirement Target-Date Series
