Schroder Investment Management North America has hired public relations firm JCPR. The asset manager previously worked with FTI Consulting.

Jennifer Manser, head of marketing and communications at New York-based Schroders, said the firm decided to go with JCPR after interviewing multiple agencies.

The contract took effect this month.

"We're really excited by the team of people they have and the focus they have on the financial services industry," Manser told The MFWire.

"We are thrilled to be working with Schroders to help them build their North American presence," said JCPR CEO Jennifer Connelly.

FTI senior vice president of strategic communication Patrick Van de Wille declined to comment for this story, pointing to FTI's policy of not commenting on client engagements.
