Russell Investments has added a pair of business development managers to its ETF team in the wake of its first ETF launches, The MFWire has learned.

Theresa Brennan has joined the firm from Fidelity Investments where she served as a regional vice president for the past seven years. A spokesperson at Fidelity declined to comment on Brennan;s departure. Also, Tom Jenkins has taken on a similar role within Russell. He hails from MSCI Inc. where he served as vice president, client coverage. A spokesman there confirmed Jenkins' departure but declined to further comment on how his duties are being handled
