David Herro Oakmark Funds Portfolio Manager

Morningstar's International-Stock Fund Manager of the Decade for 2000-2009, David Herro also picked up the annual Morningstar award for 2006. Herro launched the Oakmark International Fund [see profile] in September 1992 and has not looked back.

He is known to keep an eye out for detail, and if you catch him at Starbucks don't be surprised if he takes a look into the tip jar to make a trade for a wheat-backed penny.
