Fidelity Investments [see profile] scion Abby Johnson is the 22nd richest American, according to Forbes magazine, which unveiled its list of the 400 Richest People in America yesterday. Johnson has a net worth of $11.3 billion, according to the mag.

Seven other fundsters made the list, including Johnson's father Ned, who came in at No. 33 with $7.1 billion.

The West Coast Johnsons -- Franklin Resources' [see profile] Charles and Rupert Johnson -- were Nos. 74 and 83 with $4 billion and $3.7 billion, respectively.

Pimco's [see profile] Bill Gross placed 170th with a net worth of $2.1 billion, Charles Brandes of Brandes Investment Partners [see profile] was 269th with $1.5 billion, Michael Price was 290th with $1.4 billion and Ron Baron of Baron Capital [see profile] was 306th with $1.35 billion.
