Bank of America Merrill Lynch veteran Martin Hegarty has joined Brian Weinstein and Stuart Spodek on the PM team for BlackRock's Inflation Protected Bond's (BPRAX) [SEC filing]. The $2.8 billion fund carries a five-star Morningstar rating.

Kenji Noumura has replaced Hiroshi Motoki on the PM team for the SunAmerica International Equity Fund. The team continues to be led by Robin Thorn in New York. Noumura is based in Tokyo with SunAmerica's PineBridge Investments affiliate [SEC filing].

John D. Ryan has joined the fixed income teams for a number of DWS fixed income mutual funds [SEC filing]. Ryan joins Deutsche Asset Management (DeAM) from Northern Trust in Chicago.
