Northern Trust Takes Over a Mutual Fund Client from State Street

Harding Loevner, a Somerville, New Jersey-based fund firm owned by Affiliated Managers Group, tapped Northern Trust as its new transfer agent, custodian and administrator. State Street previously had that mandate.
The change took effect June 14, according to an
SEC filing.
In addition, Harding Loevner earlier this year tapped Foreside for compliance services.
