CheckFree Investment Services' has a new PC-based product to let institutional money managers streamline and automate reconciliation of position and transaction data. DL-Recon works on the CheckFree APL platform with selected custodians of managed account programs.



In 2001, GE Asset Management captured more than $10 billion in new assets, according to the firm. The U.S. institutional business alone gained $6.7 billion in new assets.



Wasatch Funds is closing its core growth and micro cap funds to new investors. The move will take place on January 31, 2002.
