The employees of C.S. McKee & Company (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) have purchased the firm from parent Old Mutual. McKee joined United Asset Management in 1987 before that parent was purchased by Old Mutual.

Once the transaction is complete, the management team at McKee will own 100% of the firm.
