David Bugajski is joining Fred Alger Management as a senior analyst. This completes the firm's senior investment team. Before this move, he was senior equity research analyst and head of research at Invesco.



FRI Corporation of Toronto has launched Raison SPS v4.0. The software is designed for enterprise-class portfolio management and accounting applications.



According to The Boston Globe, OfficeMax has a new cfo in Michael Killeen. He replaces Jeffrey Freimark, who only held the post for seven months. Freimark will now serve as cfo for Beverly Enterprises, Inc. Killeen will continue in his post as senior vice president of financial and corporate strategy.
