Has the mutual fund industry started its own post-market-correction recovery? In the Tuesday
Wall Street Journal "Fund Track" column, Sam Mamudi
reports that stock analysts have positive outlooks or ratings for several publicly-traded asset managers, including:
Affiliated Managers Group,
AllianceBernstein,
Calamos,
Franklin,
Invesco,
Janus,
T. Rowe Price and
Waddell & Reed.
Yet the news isn't good for all asset managers. The same analysts also worried about
Cohen & Steers,
Eaton Vance,
Federated,
Gamco and
Legg Mason.
