James Raphalian has joined Schwab Capital Markets, a Jersey City, New Jersey-based trading, research and support unit of Charles Schwab, as senior vice president and head of Institutional Sales. He will oversee Research Sales, Dealer Sales and Services to Institutions groups and reports to Larry Leibowitz, senior vice president and head of the Equities Division. Raphalian joins Schwab Capital Markets from SG Cowen Securities where he headed Nasdaq Trading.
