Prudential has tapped Robert Germano to be a vice president and portfolio manager on the municipal bond team. He will report to Robert Waas, a managing director of the public fixed income business. Prior to this move, Germano was in charge of his own firm, Germano Municipals Corp., located in Holmdel, New Jersey.
