Arrow Funds is building out its team. The company has made a spate of new hires in recent months including a new director of marketing, chief compliance officer and director of product development, said
Joe Barrato, executive vice president of investment strategies, in an interview with
The MFWire.
Neil Kays has taken the role of director of marketing;
Patrick Bassett is the chief compliance officer; and
Brian Dorn is the director of product development.
Also in the cards for Arrow is the expansion of its sales force. Arrow currently has 5 external and 2 internal members of its sales team. The company hopes to eventually have 7 internal and 7 external wholesalers to support its recently increased distribution network.
