Goldman Sachs Asset Management has tapped Doug Angstrom to head its public funds channel in the US and Canada. He joins Goldman from AllianceBernstein where he developed public fund relationships. He reports to Gary Black, managing director and head of the U.S. Institutional and Third Party businesses of GSAM.
