Another Vanguard Viper is out of the basket. The Vanguard Extended Market Vipers exchange-traded fund will be listed tomorrow morning on the American Stock Exchange under the symbol VXF. This is the second Vanguard ETF following the issuance of the Total Stock Market Vipers on May 31, 2001.
