Global Investment Systems (GIS) has merged with Linedata Services. Hackensack, New Jersey-based GIS is a maker of portfolio accounting software used by mid-sized mutual funds and hedge funds.
GIS' product line includes MFACT, MSHARE and MPARTNER, according to CEO Nigel Wilson.
