Integrity Mutual Funds has hired two subadvisors to manage a new fund for all seasons. The Integrity All Season Fund will invest in equities and high-yield bonds, employing a hedging strategy to mitigate risk.
"This strategy allows shareholders to benefit from a rising equity market while protecting capital during market downturns," stated
Sam Jones, president of All Season and portfolio manager of the fund.
The fund is subadvised by All Season Financial Advisors, a firm based in Denver, Colorado, and SMH Capital Advisors of Fort Worth, Texas. All Season FA will manage the equity portion of the fund and SMH will manage the high-yield portion of the fund. SMH subadvises Integrity's High Income Fund.
"The launching of the All Season Fund continues Integrity's effort to bring more unique and specialty products to our shareholders," stated
Robert Walstad, chairman and chief executive officer of Integrity.
Integrity has assets under management of $400 million.
