Boston-based Putnam Investments named Bradford S. Greenleaf as managing director and portfolio manager for its Global Core Equity on Monday. He also joins the portfolio management team of the Global Equity Fund.

Greenleaf was last a director of international equities at Independence Investment LLC. Earlier in his career, he was an investment officer at Franklin Portfolio Associates.
