Money managing just not your thing anymore?
Lehman Brothers might have the answer.
Richard Fuld, chairman and chief executive officer of the firm, said the firm is looking to acquire asset management businesses, in line with the company's acquisition of Neuberger Berman in 2003.
"If I thought I could do a couple more [acquisitions], I would do them right away,"
Reuters
reported Fuld as saying at a Merrill Lynch conference in New York.
Fuld added, "[w]e look throughout the sector. I can't say we are not [looking at hedge funds]. I'll leave it at that."
