SEC Loses Enforcement Vet

SEC veteran Thomas Newkirk, associate director of the Division of Enforcement, is leaving the agency for the private sector.

Newkirk joins the Washington, D.C. office of Jenner & Block, a law firm.

Newkirk joined the SEC in 1986, becoming the associate director of the Division of Enforcement in 1993.
