Happy Tick Tock Day!

On Wednesday (December 31), Mark Clewett, managing partner and president of Conestoga Capital Advisors [profile], will retire from the firm.

On Thursday (January 1), Dana Emery, chair and CEO at Dodge & Cox [profile], will retire, and Roger Kuo will become CEO and David Hoeft will become chair. MFWire will be closed on Thursday for the New Year's Day market holiday.
