11 senior U.S. fundsters from seven different mutual fund firms recently won praise for their support of the LGBT+ community.

Recently, the folks at LGBT Great unveiled their 2021 Global Top 100 Executive Allies list. Among U.S. fund firms, Janus Henderson led the pack thanks to three winning U.S. fundsters: Paul Algreen, chief information officer; Demesha Hill, managing director and head of diversity and community relations; and Dick Weil, CEO.

American Century and T. Rowe Price had two winning U.S. executives each: CEO Jonathan Thomas and chief investment officer Victor Zhang at American Century; and global distribution chief Robert Higginbotham and individual investors and retirement plan services chief Dee Sawyer at T. Rowe.

Other winning U.S. fundsters included: Jim Cove, senior vice president of investment product management at Natixis Investment Managers; Michelle Gadsden-Williams, managing director and global head of diversity, equity, and inclusion at BlackRock; Crystal Hardie Langston, principal and chief diversity officer at Vanguard; and Kristi Mitchem, CEO at BMO Global Asset Management.
