Fund Closings

The Horizons USA Managed Risk ETF will liquidate on September 13.

Effective August 9 the purchase of shares of the Grant Park Managed Futures Strategy Fund is suspended.

Fund Changes

The following funds will implement index and name changes in the fourth quarter of 2017: Vanguard Short-Term Government Bond Index Fund will change to Vanguard Short-Term Treasury Index Fund, Vanguard Intermediate-Term Government Bond Index Fund will change to Vanguard Intermediate-Term Treasury Index Fund, and Vanguard Long-Term Government Bond Index Fund will change to Vanguard Long-Term Treasury Index Fund. In addition there will be new target indexes.

Effective September 1, 2017 the Legg Mason Western Asset Institutional Government Reserves that normally closes for business at 4pm is changed to 5pm.

Effective August 8 the RidgeWorth Silvant Small Cap Growth Stock Fund has changed to the Virtus Silvant Small-Cap Growth Stock Fund.

Fees

Between August 15 and September 14 the rates for the Prudential Life Flexible Premium Variable Annuity Account, Pruco Life Insurance Company of New Jersey, and Pruco Life of New Jersey Flexible Premium Variable Annuity Account will change.

On August 6 the UBS Investment Trust disclosed variations to sales load waivers and discounts that apply to investors that purchase Class A or Class C shares of the fund.

Reorganization

On November 6, 2017 a meeting of the shareholders of the Federated Clover Value Fund and Federated MDT Large Cap Value Fund will take place to approve/disprove plans of reorganization including liquidation of the FCVF and FMLVF funds.

People Moves

Effective August 7 William C. Miller, Jr. is no longer a portfolio manager of the City National Rochdale Corporate Bond Fund, City National Rochdale Intermediate Fixed Income Fund, or City National Rochdale Fixed Income Opportunities Fund.
