Terminated Funds


Effective July 31, shares of Dreyfus AMT-Free New York Municipal Cash Management and Dreyfus Institutional Preferred Money Market Fund will no longer be offered by either fund.

On August 31, Dreyfus Prime Money Market Fund will no longer offer and terminate its Class B and Class C shares.

On September 29, shares of the Federated California Municipal Cash Trust will be closed to new accounts.

People Moves


On July 31, Matthew Merritt became a primary portfolio manager of BNY Mellon Absolute Insight Multi-Strategy Fund

On July 31, Charles W. Grande will be added as a portfolio manager to the UBS Series M-Fund and the Municipal Bond Fund.

On August 7, David Linsen, partner and director of equities at Lord Abbett, is replacing Jeffrey Rabinowitz on the Lord Abbett Series Fund.

On July 31, Yarek Aranowicz, partner and director of global equity research at Lord Abbett, will replace all the previous PMs for the Lord Abbett Global Core Equity Fund and the Lord Abbett International Core Equity Fund.

Effective January 1, 2018 the board of Wells Fargo Funds Trust, Wells Fargo Variable Trust, Wells Fargo Master Trust and Asset Allocation Trust appointed James Polisson and Pamela Wheelock as members of the advisory board of each trust.

Effective August 1, Edward Ramos will no longer serve as a PM of the MainStay International Equity Fund.

On December 31, Christian Derold will no longer serve as a PM to the Morgan Stanley Global Franchise Portfolio, Global Quality Portfolio, and International Equity Portfolio

On August 1, Dennis W. Stattman is removed from the MassMutual Select BlackRock Global Allocation Fund

Fund Changes


As of November 1, the Dreyfus Premier GNMA Fund name will change to Dreyfus U.S. Mortgage Fund.

On July 31, the Dimensional Investment Group LWAS/DFA Two-Year Fixed Income Portfolio and LWAS/DFA Two-Year Government Portfolio will rename to the DFA Two-Year Fixed Income Portfolio and DFA Two-Year Government Portfolio.

On October 1, the Deutsche Global Growth VIP will be renamed Deutsche International Growth VIP.

Fees


On July 31, the Horizons DAX Germany ETF will waive a portion of its fees.

Effective August 1, the waiver of a portion of the Investor Class's 12b-1 fees for the Value Line Larger Companies Focused Funds will be replaced by a contractual expense limitation agreement.

Effective August 1, certain of the Prudential QMA International Equity Fund expenses will be reduced.

Alambic Investment Management will reduce its management fee until August 31.

On August 1, the management fees and expense limit of the Great-West International Index Fund have been reduced.

Effective July 21, the fee to Newton Investment Management, the Dreyfus Global Dynamic Bond Fund's sub-investment adviser, is 0.19 percent of the fund's average daily net assets.

Merges


On July 31, Valcour Capital Holdings, which is sole owner of Valcour Capital Management, the current sub-adviser to the Ziegler Floating Rate Fund will be sold to Pretium Partners.

Strategy Changes


Effective August 2, BlackRock's iShares will no longer be listed on the NYSE Arca and will be changed to the NASDAQ Stock Market.

Firm Restructuring


By the end of August 2017, TimesSquare Capital will assume responsibility for a portion of the Vanguard International Explorer Fund.

On July 31, the Northern Trust Large Cap Equity Fund was reorganized into the Large Cap Core Fund. The Technology Fund was liquidated and terminated.

On September 21, a meeting will be held by shareholders on the reorganization of the Kansas Municipal Fund, Maine Municipal Fund, Nebraska Municipal Fund, New Hampshire Municipal Fund, and Oklahoma Municipal Fund to consolidate all municipal funds managed by Viking Fund Management.
