On July 14 Great-West Profile I Funds merged into the Great-West Profile II Funds.

On July 14 the Great-West Stock Index Fund merged into the Great-West S&P 500 Index Fund.

On July 1 Golden Capital became an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Wells Fargo & Company.

Starting on July 17 the following Guidestone Funds may invest up to 10 percent of their total assets in securities issued by investment companies (which includes ETFs):

On July 18, the Franklin Income Fund and the Franklin Balanced Fund are now allowed to buy and sell exchange-traded options on indexes that measure stock volatility.

Fund Updates

On October 1 JP Morgan Distribution Services will replace SEI Investments Distribution Co. as the distributor of J.P. Morgan ETFs.

Fees

On July 1 the Schroder Emerging Market Small Cap Funds' investment management fee was reduced from an annual fee of 1.25 percent of the Fund's average daily net assets to an annual fee of 1.15 percent of the Fund's average daily net assets. Between July 1, 2017 to February 28, 2019 Schroders will waive its fees, pay Fund operating expenses, and/or reimburse the Fund to the extent that the total annual operating expenses.
