Reorganizations
On July 17, the
Chartwell Investments' Managers Series Trust Fund was
reorganized into its'
Berwyn Fund. The fund has agreed to temporaily waive its operating expenses fee until July 17, 2019.
On September 14, there will be a shareholders meeting to seek
approval of the plan to reorganize the
Rainier Mid Cap Equity Fund and the
Rainier Small/Mid Cap Equity into the
Hennessy Cornerstone Mid Cap 30 Fund as well as the plan to reorganize the the
Rainier Large Cap Equity Fund into the
Hennessy Cornerstone Large Growth Fund.

Strategies
On July 14, the
Invesco Multi-Asset Income Fund changed its investment strategy and is now able to invest in securities of MLPs. The MLPs the fund invests in are publicly traded partnerships or limited liability companies engaged in transportation, storage, processing, refining, marketing, exploration, production, ad mining of minerals and natural resources. The securities can have any capitalization size.
